A ministerial roundtable was held with H E Mr Ali Al-Issawi, Libyan Minister of Economy, who delivered an address on Libyan economic plans to diplomats, business executives and investors. Sir Vincent Kean, Chairman of the Libyan British Business Council, took part in the discussions.
