The Chamber hosted a meeting for commercial attachés and economic counsellors from Arab Embassies in London. Discussions focused on closer working ties and topical issues concerning trade between Britain and the Arab world. The commercial attachés stressed the importance of the role of the Chamber as a bridge between Arab Embassies and the British business community and as a leading Arab-British institution it plays a pioneering role in the development and strengthening of Arab–British trade and commercial relations. Regular meetings between the Chamber and key Embassy contacts are imperative to the healthy cooperation between the ABCC and Arab diplomatic missions in the UK.
