The Arab British Chamber of Commerce hosted a business briefing on the prospective UK-GCC Free Trade Agreement. This meeting was organised with the support and cooperation of the Department for International Trade.
Our key speaker was Mr Tom Wintle, who has been appointed the Department for International Trade’s Chief Negotiator in the forthcoming talks with GCC representatives. Mr Wintle briefed the meeting on what to expect from the talks and how the FTA will strengthen prospects for the UK-GCC trading relationship with a particular focus on services.
