          Commercial Invitation Letter

          The commercial invitation letter can be issued by a Chinese company, or the organizer of a commercial event held in China.

          The content requirements of Chinese commercial invitation letter:

          • Personal information of the applicant. Such as full name, gender, date of birth, passport number, and position.
          • Details of the planned visit. Such as purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) of stay, business relationship, activity arrangement, and financial support.
          • Contact information of the inviter. Such as company name, telephone number, business address, director’s name and signature, and company seal.

          The copy of invitation letter is acceptable, but the consular officer may require the applicant to submit the original.

          If the commercial invitation letter is issued by an individual lives in China, then a copy of inviter’s personal ID card (both sides) or passport would be required.
