Service Procedure

Upload the requested documents. We will check the completeness of your documents. Please bear in mind, according to the visa policy made by the Chinese Embassy, we may need you to provide additional supporting documents.

After reviewing the documents, we will make an appointment for you to enrol your fingerprints at the China Visa Center.

We will send an email to you confirming your appointment date and time. The email will list all required documents you need to bring to the China Visa Center on the appointment day.

Note: Only applicants between the ages of 14 and 70 need to enrol fingerprints.

On the appointment day, our staff will assist you in completing the relevant procedures at the China Visa Center.

We will collect the passport on your behalf when the visa is issued. After collecting the passport, we will email you to confirm the grant of your visa. We will then post back your passport.

Note: Because your passport is particularly important, we only use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which incurs an extra £10 charge for delivery. Alternatively, you are welcome to come to our office to collect your passport.
