The Arab British Chamber of Commerce was delighted to welcome members, investors, family offices, and business leaders to its exclusive real estate investment event, held in partnership with Aldar Wealth Management.
Titled Unlocking Real Estate Investment Opportunities, the meeting took place on the afternoon of Tuesday 7 July at the London offices of Aldar Wealth Management.
The event was opened by Mrs Rita Massoud, MBA, FCIPD, ABCC Interim Secretary General & CEO, who highlighted how the UAE’s long-term vision, world-class infrastructure, and stable regulatory environment continued to create a resilient market that attracts global investor confidence.
The Chamber was especially grateful to Ziad Dibo, Senior Vice President – International Sales, Natalia Dmytriieva, Senior Sales Manager, and Abdul Rehman, Senior Sales Manager at Aldar Wealth Management, for their insightful presentations which showcased Aldar’s premier developments in the UK and the UAE, including Saadiyat Island and London Square.
Their contributions emphasised the key attributes that make Abu Dhabi an increasingly attractive investment destination: its prime location, safety, strong capital appreciation, attractive returns on investment, and a resilient, forward-looking economy.
The speakers convincingly argued that despite ongoing disruptions, both the UK capital and the UAE remained highly desirable locations for high-net-worth investors and their families.
