A highly engaging and insightful Executive Roundtable on Investing and Living in the Kingdom of Bahrain was held last week at the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB).
Rita Massoud, MBA, FCIPD, Interim Secretary General & CEO of the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce, welcomed Mr Mohamed Z. Hejres, Head of Golden Residency at Bahrain EDB, together with members and guests to the Chamber, where he shared valuable insights into Bahrain’s investment landscape, the Kingdom’s Golden Residency Programme, and the opportunities available to UK businesses, investors, and professionals.
As Mohamed highlighted: “Bahrain may be small in size, but it is a land of opportunities. Our strength lies in our agility, our talented people, and our strategic position at the heart of the GCC.”
The discussion generated excellent engagement from the floor, with participants exploring the Kingdom’s competitive advantages, investment climate, the UK–Bahrain Double Taxation Agreement, and the practical opportunities for businesses looking to establish or expand their regional presence.
