The Arab British Chamber of Commerce hosted roundtable discussion on 23 March 2017, chaired by Dr Afnan Al-Shuaiby, Secretary General & CEO, with the aim of raising awareness within the UK of the opportunities for selling Tunisian olive oil in British supermarkets. The Chamber was delighted to welcome H E Mr Nabil Ammar, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia to the UK, who was accompanying Mr Abdel Salam al-Wadi, chairman of the Tunisian Olive Oil Association, visiting London to promote his country’s high quality olive oil in the UK market. The roundtable discussion was attended by representatives of UK companies interested in learning about the potential for sourcing supplies of olive oil produced in Tunisia.
